OUR STORY

Stephano’s Trattoria is the realization of a long-cherished dream for Wade and Stephanie Balmer. The idea was inspired by the memorable cuisine and ambiance they savored when they ate at an Italian restaurant while on vacation in Australia. The couple envisioned recreating that enchanting experience for their community in Murray, Kentucky. They turned to the gifted Executive Chef, Bradley Thornton for his expertise and guidance, and together they planned a trip to Italy to experience the cuisine and culture firsthand.  The result is the creation of a dining experience and destination that exceeds expectations. At Stephano’s Trattoria guests can enjoy world-class food paired with impeccable service.
